Return Policy
At Artisan Cascade Designs, great pride is taken in the craftsmanship and quality of each unique, handcrafted piece. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, the return policy for storefront artwork and custom commissions is outlined below
Standard Returns (Premade Artwork)
Ready-to-ship artwork readily available on the storefront is eligible for a return under the following conditions: Ready-to-ship artwork readily available on the storefront is eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- Notification: The studio must be notified of the intent to return within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Return Window: The item must be shipped back and received within 14 days (2 weeks) of the original proof of delivery date.
- Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition. Items that have been damaged or grossly altered after delivery are not eligible for a refun
Custom Requested Art Returns
Due to the highly bespoke nature of custom commissions and personal client customizations, these unique artisan pieces are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Notification: For any custom art concerns or requests, the studio must be notified within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Recommendation: It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as Artisan Cascade Designs cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to the studio.
